This should be standard on all Ready Rigs. Otherwise, they're a pain in the lower back to use especially with heavy rigs.

We use a ready rig to hold a a MVi build for a church live broadcast. With 3 hour long services, it gets pretty rough on the back. All of our operators have raved about how much this has helped, including myself. Would recommend this to anyone.
