Unfortunately no, the lens would not fit in the pre-cut holes. However, depending on which lenses you are using specifically besides the 100-200mm, you could use the 2500 case instead. It is the same case just without the pre-cut areas:

It is very hard to know if it will fit just by looking at the specs online. I would recommend you to place that equipment on a table as they would go in the case and measure length, width, and height. Then you can compare with the internal dimensions of the case. Leave 3 inches in each dimension for the padding. The internal dimensions of the HPRC 2500F HPRC Hard Case with Foam is 17.7 x 12.7 x 6.8".
