I needed an NB-13 battery for my Canon camera. I went to their website first which announced the battery was out of stock. I then went to B&H, and voile` a few days later, the battery arrived. No fuss, no muss.
I am accustomed that if I am using a non-brand name product that I might get some sort of warning on start-up. For instance my HP printer carps a bit if I donât use genuine HP ink. So, when my Canon SX740HS camera asked me if the battery has the Canon logo, I was not surprised. When the camera warned me that Canon could not gurantee results, I wasnât surprised. THE BATTERY LEVEL BAR READS BLANK ON MY CANON SX7400HS. This pretty much wipes out the entire reason for having an extra battery. IF I COULD GIVE THIS BATTERY ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I am going to try to return this piece of garbage. I was quite shocked because my Watson NP-FV100A batteries works perfectly in my Sony FDR-AX700 camcorder and have a larger capacity.
