Optoma Technology UHD52ALV Overview

Enjoy 4K UHD on-screen resolution and voice control via your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant devices with the Optoma UHD52ALV 3500-Lumen HDR XPR 4K UHD DLP Projector. It features XPR 4K UHD technology that simulates a 4K UHD image on your wall or screen, while its 500,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio helps enhance detail in dark images. The projector will also upscale non-4K content to near-4K quality.

HDR10 and HLG compatibility help provide vibrant color when used with compatible source content and devices. Its 1.21 to 1.59:1 throw ratio allows you to place the projector at various distances for flexible installations. The UHD52ALV features one VGA and two HDMI inputs, both of which support HDR content and 4K UHD video signals. An IR remote, HDMI cable, and Wi-Fi adapter are included as an added convenience.

Alexa Smart Home and Custom Skills
Alexa smart home and custom skills enable you to control the projector via Amazon Alexa. Supported control functions include power on/off, volume level, input selection, USB media player playback, and image mode changes.
Google Assistant Compatible
Google Voice Action compatibility provides projector control via the Google Assistant. Supported control functions include power on/off, volume level, input selection, USB media player playback, and more.
DLP Technology
Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology is designed to provide digital projection with higher contrast, faster response time, good pixel structure, and virtually no color degradation.
HDR10 & HLG Compatibility
High dynamic range (HDR) technology helps deliver brighter whites and deeper black levels with compatible source media and devices. The UHD52ALV accepts HDR10 signals with four selectable picture modes: Normal, Bright, Detail, and Film; the HLG format is also supported.
Full 3D Support
Display 3D content from nearly any compatible source, including 3D Blu-ray players, broadcast, and game consoles. Support for 144 Hz rapid-refresh rate provides smooth, virtually flicker-free images. DLP Link 3D glasses are required and sold separately.
Dynamic Black Technology
Dynamic Black helps provide more depth to your image by smoothly adjusting the lamp output to enhance the contrast ratio. Bright scenes appear crisp and clear, while dark scenes remain detailed with deep blacks and augmented light and shade detail.
PureMotion
Using frame-interpolation technology, motion control processing helps eliminate motion blurring or image judder in high-speed action sequences. PureMotion works in 2D and is optimized for 1080p 24 fps.
UltraDetail
This technology is designed to ensure that all the information contained in an image is accurately reproduced on the screen to provide a clear, sharp picture. Embedded algorithms detect and enhance each frame before it's projected.
PureColor
This mode allows the projector to create more detailed shades of color for vibrant, lifelike images. Colors are more saturated and accurate.
Vertical Lens Shift
Vertical lens shift helps simplify installations by shifting the image up and down without distortion to allow for a wider range of projector placement options.
DCI-P3 Compliance
DCI-P3 compliance allows for a wide color gamut to produce, rich, colorful images.
BT.2020 Support
HDR signals are mapped using Rec.2020 tone mapping, which provides coverage for Rec.709, DCI-P3, and a wide color gamut.
