Inovativ 501-600 Overview

The INOVATIV Pro Monitor Mount mounts on industry standard 5/8" (Baby) pins and supports monitors with a 100 x 100 VESA mounting pattern. The sturdy mount is made from 6061 aluminum and stainless steel components and is anodized black and orange. The design of the mount allows you to freely rotate the monitor and lock it in either horizontal or vertical orientation. The mount also features a lockable-tilt axis.

This compact monitor mount supports monitors with a 100 x 100mm VESA mounting pattern. It mounts on a standard 5/8" (baby) pin commonly found on C-stands.
It features a 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting hole at the top of the mount that allows you to add optional accessories such as a baby pin adapter or articulating arm.
The tilt mechanism features an internal rosette design that helps the mount hold the tilt position that you set.

Well machined piece of equipment that you can feel secure is going to hold that expensive monitor. Great to be able to tilt and turn which ever way you want.

Impeccable design. Well thought out and versatile for all my needs. Adjusts quickly to multiple viewing angles while securely fitting my Monitor for many different situations. Well worth it!

Being able to quickly and effortlessly rotate the monitor between portrait and landscape was my caveat for this purchase and this mount accomplishes that in spades. Its a solid, all metal, no-fuss logical design and I could see it easily lasting longer than my career in production. Super easy to use and it solves a problem (mounting reference monitors or confidence monitors) while saving time in the process. The price point is the only thing keeping this from a full 5 stars.

I've been making a video village solution for 2x 24 monitors. I love that you can easily invert the mount so it can be in the right orientation when shooting content for social (9x16). The 24 monitor is too heavy to use the loose rotation option -- so you have to use the proper choice based on the load. I wish there was some instruction or visual warning when adjusting the bolt -- I'm concerned when this goes out on rentals, an AC might accidentally release the pin sending the monitor flying. That can be resolved with a conversation though -- otherwise it's clean and elegant looking. Final thought - I removed the thumb screw that bites down on the baby pin, traded it out for the 3/8-16 T-handle so I can really get a tight lock. Solid product.

Best monitor mount, but heavy

Best monitor mount around, especially if you can get it on sale for $160 like I did. Solidly built, 4 way adjustments, and I know this will last forever. My only cons are the baby pin screw requires a tool to really tighten it (but for most purposes it is fine) and it is a bit heavy (2.75lbs).

Yes the inovativ pro monitor mount provides vertical orientation. From behind the right knob is for tilt angle and the left knob releases lock to rotate to vertical orientation. The knob mount to stand is deep so having a baby pin like on a c stand will allow secure fit.
