The AD100 is smaller and cylindrical and has about 360 Flashes at Maximum Brightness on a full charge while the AD200 is longer and on a full charge will deliver 500 full power flashes.

Yes, you trigger the Godox AD200Pro TTL Pocket Flash Kit with Round Head and Modifier when using the Godox XPro II TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Leica Cameras. When the trigger is attach on the Leica Q2 Monochrom Digital Camera you can change from TTL and Manual mode. On the Hasselblad X2D 100C Medium Format Mirrorless Camera it would only be Manual mode and you need to set your camera to mechanical shutter.

No, the Godox AD200Pro TTL Pocket Flash Kit will only accommodate the main flash unit alone.
The Godox AK-R1 Accessory Kit for Round Flash Head accessories comes with its own case.

The AD200 Pro is compatible with both Canon and Fujifilm cameras. You would need a transmitter for each TTL system. For Canon, the Godox XProC TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Canon Cameras, BH # GOXPROC can be used. For Fujifilm, the Godox XProF TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Fujifilm Cameras, BH # GOXPROF can be used.
