Able to support up to 6.6 lb, the 3/8" ARRI-Style Anti-Rotation Adapter from Manfrotto is compatible with the 244 Mini and Micro Arms. It features a widely used connection in the video and cinema industries regularly found on camera housing rigs, monitors, LED lights, and tripods. The adapter has a knurled tightening knob, 3/8"-16 male threads, and two pins to prevent rotation. The adapter's plate is reversible to allow use without the pins.

I have several Manfrotto magic arms, the big one, the 244mini, 244micro and what i love about them is both ends can be changed out depending on your needs. Installing was easy, remove the current adapter and put this adapter on. Also, the arri pin plate is removable making this adapter fit directly into the slots for Manfrotto heads and tripods if you should choose to do so. The only downside is the price. My wallet is still asking what happened.
really gives me better function with my micro arm, no slippage or rotation on my monitors. enough said.
