Manfrotto has introduced the 244 Micro Arm with Adapters to serve multiple connection and mounting needs in video and film including camera housing rigs, monitor support, and mounting of small lights. The kit includes the 244 Micro Arm, a 3/8" two-pin ARRI-style Anti-Rotation Adapter, and a 1/4" Anti-Slip Adapter.
Mount an off-camera flash, LED light, or monitor on a tripod, stand, or pole with the Manfrotto 244 Micro Arm which features one 1/4"-20 threaded stud and one 3/8"-16 stud. One can be fitted to a clamp or mounting device, while the other can be used for holding various types of gear or accessories. This arm facilitates placement of accessories like gobos and scrims in difficult-to-reach positions. It will support up to 6.6 lb and can be easily installed using the included Allen key.
The 3/8" ARRI-Style Anti-Rotation Adapter features a widely used connection in the video and cinema industries regularly found on camera housing rigs, monitors, LED lights, and tripods. The adapter has a knurled tightening knob, 3/8"-16 male threads, and two pins to prevent rotation.
The 1/4" Anti-Slip Adapter has a circular stainless steel plate with textured rubber surface to firmly attach a wide variety of accessories to its male 1/4"-20 threads.
