BH #LEUPM is 0.48 lb so the weight of the polarizer is lesser than that package weight.
2. Not sure if it comes in a pouch.
3. We are yet to hear back from Leica as to whether this item is coated or not.

Yes, the Leica E49 Adapter for Universal Polarizer M Filter (B&H # LEA49UPM) is compatible with the Leica Universal Top (Linear) Polarizer Glass Filter - for M Lenses.
The adapter is not compatible with the Leica APO-Summicron-M 75mm f/2 ASPH. Lens (B&H # LE7520MB) or the Leica APO-Telyt-M 135mm f/3.4 Lens (B&H # LE13534MB).

The illustration does’t show the polarizing filter itself but the text implies the kit includes the polarizing filter. It states that the polarizing filter is a linear type, not the circular type typically used with SLRs. Does the linear type work with the meter in the M10-R and its sensor?
The Leica Universal Top (Linear) Polarizer Glass Filter - for M Lenses does include a linear polarizer filter. The filter will work with the Leica M10-R camera and meter.

Unfortunately, we are not sure. I contacted the manufacturer, who contacted Leica in Germany, but we have not received a reply on whether the Leica Universal Top (Linear) Polarizer Glass Filter - for M Lenses, B&H # LEUPM, is single-coated, multi-coated, or un-coated, and I have not been able to find information on the filter's coating on Leica's website or in their brochures. I apologize for the inconvenience in this matter.
