Designed to meet the specific needs of emergency medical technicians, the Nightstick MT-230 Mini-TAC Pro EMT LED Flashlight is compact and lightweight to easily fit in packs, pockets, and pouches without taking up a lot of space or weighing you down. To safely tend to wounded and perform triage in the field, the light defaults to the dim 3.6-lumen low output to put the minimum amount of light as soon as it's turned on so you can check pupil dilation and inspect your patient without startling them or causing more discomfort. Two brighter outputs are available up to 60 lumens if you need to undertake life saving procedures. All outputs are available in both momentary and constant-on activation modes and are accessed using the single push-button tailcap switch.

To hold up to daily use and abuse in all weather and conditions, the housing is made of lightweight and durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy treated with a blue Type III hard anodized finish that resists corrosion and abrasion. The housing is sealed to an IPX7 rating that means it is waterproof and submersible to a depth of 3.3' for up to 30 minutes, and it is impact resistant to a height of nearly seven feet. Its compact and lightweight design is easy to carry in pant and shirt pockets or utility belts and pouches without adding excessive heft and bulk and fits comfortably in the hand when in use. Running on one included AA batteries, you won't have to worry about finding a replacement when the time comes.
