Excellent timing B&H--I just used this for the very first time last night at a basketball game and received your email about rating this seat this morning. I hate sitting on the floor--I have a bad back and it's difficult for me to sit for long periods of time, especially while trying to shoot with heavy cameras, and standing up is so much easier for me too. Now, I am so much more comfortable since I purchased the Field Seat. Also, I like how I am a little off the floor but still low enough for good, low-level action photography. This seat is well made and light weight. I was able to carry it in my backpack. The rubber feet protect the floor while at the same time there is no sliding around. This seat is well made and should last for many years. I weigh about 160 lbs. and I felt comfortable in it. I think this would be good for shooting a long wrestling match too. I am very happy to have purchased it... and so is my back.
