This black Urban Access 8 Sling Bag from Think Tank is a compact camera bag that can accommodate a mirrorless camera body with two or three lenses. Within the main compartment, five padded adjustable dividers can be configured according to the specific camera equipment being carried. To help maximize comfort, the shoulder strap can be shifted for wear over the right or left shoulder during extended use. Designed to fit snugly against the body, zippered panels on both sides of the bag allow it to be rotated from your back to front for easy reach into the main compartment, regardless if the sling bag is worn over the left or right shoulder. For either configuration, the top-facing zippered panel provides access to the main compartment with a 180° upward opening.

How comfortable is it to wear? Can I strap a tripod underneath it like peak design 6l does? I heard the smaller dividers don't really work well (if you stack 2 lenses but then take 1 out it can't hold the one
Think Tank Photo Urban Access 8 Sling Bag is outstanding. The shoulder strap is nicely padded so you can carry your equipment comfortably. You can switch your shoulder strap from left to right to accommodate the strap depending on your preference. Also, you have access to your equipment through either side. The front pocket can serve to storage your tripod and an additional belt strap is included with the bag to secure your tripod. The internal dividers are customizable and strong enough to hold the remaining equipment in place while the rest of your gears are in use.

Can this bag hold a Sony 70-200GM unattached vertically (in one of the pockets, therefore, not the length of the bag)?
Unfortunately, no, the pockets on the outside of the Think Tank Photo Urban Access 8 Sling Bag (Black) would not be deep or wide enough to hold the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II Lens unattached, nor would they be able to zip up to protect the lens during transport/storage.

Would there be any room in this bag that will fit a 12.9 IPad Pro anywhere?
I don't think there is any chance. I ordered the Sling 8 and it was too small for my equipment. I returned it for the Sling 10, which worked. Neither bag is terribly large. The back of the 10 has an area that might fit something about 7"x12", so maybe a smaller iPad. I use my Sling 10 with a mirrorless camera and two primes.
