I originally got SmallRig’s similar version of this for my monitor so I could mount it to a rod for my shoulder rig as opposed to a Noga arm. Disappointed once I realized I couldn’t angle my monitor without loosening it to where it couldn’t stay up. Got this Niceyrig version and it’s exactly what I needed. Being able to fully spin within its rod adapter allows me to angle my monitor exactly how I want while keeping my monitor tightly mounted.
