For flexibility in camera and accessory choice, the Niceyrig Quick Release Riser Kit with Manfrotto Compatible Baseplate & 15mm Dual-Rod Clamp provides an astounding amount of accessory mounting opportunities, as well as an adjustable height 15mm LWS rod clamp that allows you to use this baseplate system with a variety of cameras with different lens center-to-base distances while mounting industry-standard cine lens accessories such as optional follow focus units and lens motors. The QR base features its own set of 1/4"-20 threaded accessory mounting holes and can attach directly to your tripod, tripod's QR plate, or slider, providing you with a Manfrotto compatible QR system, no matter what mounting platform you are using.

The QR base has a lever for locking the plate in place once you have balanced your camera, and a spring-loaded safety catch helps prevent the plate from accidentally sliding out. The QR base attaches to the mounting plate via 2.5" long mounting rods that the included 15mm LWS rod clamps mount on. These rods provide the height adjustment that allows rod-mounted accessories to work with a variety of cameras. The baseplate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for mounting on your tripod, slider, or other mounting platforms.
