The Sennheiser EM 9046 DAN is a Dante interface module for the EM 9046 SU Digital 9000 wireless receiver mainframe. It enables the receiver to be integrated into Dante audio-over-IP networks, offering the benefits of uncompressed, multichannel digital audio with low latency and sample-accurate synchronization.
The EM 9046 DAN module can send up to 16 audio channels with both digital audio and command signals. Connection is via two Gigabit Ethernet ports that serve to establish two redundant network circuits or to daisy-chain the signals between multiple receiver units.
The module supports sampling rates of 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96 kHz at 24-bit resolution.
