Do you need data on wifi to fly? Im traveling in a remote area where i would have either, thanks.
You do not need to have data or wifi to fly DJI aircrafts. When there is no data you just won't get updated maps of the area. The aircraft communicates directly to the controller and smartphone running the DJI Fly application.

No it would not be able to. Video Format would be 2720 x 1530p at 25/30 fps (40 Mb/s MP4 via H.264/AVC, MPEG-4) and 1920 x 1080p at 25/30/50/60 fps (40 Mb/s MOV via H.264/AVC, MPEG-4)
