Is this paper compatible with the HP DesignJet T830 36" Multifunction Printer?
No! this paper has a 3" core & is designed for the HP PageWide XL Printers. The T830 only takes a 2" core roll & a Roll external diameter of 3.9". This paper roll is too fat to fit in.

The manufacturer lists the inner core as 3". The outside diameter is not specified. Possibly using the picture of the product and noting the inner core of 3", it maybe possible to estimate how wide the outside diameter might be.
