GVM has put together this LED Video Light (Daylight-Balanced) LS-p80s 2-Light Kit with Filters to offer image makers a core kit for use in the studio or on the road. The kit includes two P180S Daylight fixtures, each with a reflector, a universal power adapter with cable, a light stand, a color filter pack, and two clips to attach the filters to the reflectors.

Impressive Output
A quality-controlled COB LED (80W, CRI/TLCI: 97+), provides high brightness and stable output that's close to natural light and ideal for photography and video shooting.
Dimmable
The P80S has a light intensity adjustment range of 0 to 99% without filters.
Intelligent Cooling System
A built-in quiet electronic fan cooling system effectively accomplishes heat dissipation, lengthening the LED lifetime.

I believe you will have some fan noise. Really depends how you are capturing sound as to if it will be a problem.

Does this have a fan that will kick on and make noise that will interfere with video production?

It is super quiet. Fans can only be heard when your ear is closer than 3-6 inches and all you hear is air induction sound not the fan. Be smart with your microphone's pickup pattern and gain on extreme noise isolated cabins.
