This Elite Slice G2 is designed for huddle, small, and medium conference rooms with optional 3rd-party AV accessories, and its modular system from the base helps to enhance the interactive experience. Using HP's Audio Module 2.0 alongside the included Center of Room Control module, which features a 12.3", 10-point capacitive LCD touch display with a 1440 x 960 resolution, the included Zoom Rooms software lets you answer, mute, adjust the volume, hang up, and reject calls. The Center of Room Control also lets meetings be managed to start/add people/share contact/end meeting functions without a traditional Windows system. Rounding out the conferencing functions of the Elite Slice G2 are four side-firing speakers with a dual passive radiator stereo sound system and four up-facing digital microphones.
HP's Elite Slice G2 is driven by a 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7-7700T Quad-Core processor, 16GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM, a 128GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD, and integrated Intel HD Graphics 630. Connectivity options include one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port that supports DP Alt Mode, 15W of output power and 60W of input power, one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port that supports 15W of output power, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one of which supports device charging, a DisplayPort, an HDMI port, which lets people share content using an included wired Video Ingest Module, a 3.5mm universal audio jack, a Gigabit Ethernet port, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and Bluetooth 4.2.
