I was hesitant to spend on new machine as my roller was broken while it fell on the floor with the roll. I ordered this roller set from B&H and it arrived quickly, packing was done correctly. I set it up on my printer - It was smooth and works great. Thank you B&H. Certainly recommend product.

The roll holder shown is a WHITE GEAR holder - this will NOT work in the Pro-4100 that REQUIRES the BLACK GEAR holder. Correct?
So it appears the photo shown for this item is INCORRECT - only the BLACK GEAR roll holder will work with the 4100, the photo is of the white gear holder. I just ordered this from you, thanks...
