Is there a way to attach bottom side of this PL mount on the 15mm rods?
No, the Wooden Camera PL Mount Modification Kit for BMPCC 6K does not have a mounting point for a 15mm lens support, but because it is a mount modification, it should act like the native lens mount, ans should be fairly secure. Should the lens need support you should find a 15mm lens support system for the lens that you are using with the Modification Kit.

Do Lomo Squarefront anamorphic lenses work with this? (35, 50, 80mm)
these is no way to determine this without an actual test. Rear element of the lomo lenses have a tendency to shift while focusing. there is a possibility that one of the lenses rear element would be too close to the sensor to achieve focus at infinity . I'd suggest checking with some of the anamorphic shooter groups on FB or DVX user to see if anyone has used the Lomo square fronts successfully on the pocket 6k.
An alternative would be the pocket 4k and a PL mount adapter which I can confirm works with the Lomo square front anamorphics.

I received a confirmation from Wooden Camera support that it will work with the pro model. Here's what they said: "Yes, the Wooden Camera BMPCC6K PL Modification Kit will mount to the new 6K Pro. We are working on a new lens compatibility list, given the Pro's internal ND filters. I don't suppose there will be a huge difference compared to the original BMPCC6K list, but the range will be a bit smaller."
