This stylish and functional El Capitan Camera Strap from Sailor Strap is made from durable silk polyester sailing rope and features ends that are beautifully finished with upcycled vegetable-tanned leather. Strap had tear in leather when it arrived making it useless. Leather is not well done or good quality. Also purchased Artisan and artist and its silk cord began to fray. I would stay away from these types of straps.
I like cable straps. I bought this as I wanted a grey one. This one feels soft, sturdy and organic, which is all you'd expect from a strap of this category. While I mount it onto my camera, there is little leather debris falling from the protective patch. This made it a bit shy from top notch but still very very good quality.
