The MXC-833 Custom-Fit Carrying Case from Porta Brace is a protective case for the Sound Devices MXC-833 mixer and recorder (sold separately). It combines both the recorder and receiver compartments to form one ridged structural design, which incorporates a stronger frame with greater support. It can be used by recording engineers, sound designers in portable broadcast, and field applications.
The MXC-833 case is built with two large pockets on either side for NP1-type batteries or left and right transmitter sends, and within these pockets are additional transmitter attachments points. Extra storage space is available with the double-layered vinyl window, which can be used to store small items or frequency chart information. Furthermore, the MXC-833's outer section can be compressed to create a smaller and more compact case. A shoulder strap and carabiner with flashlight are included.
