The Preventive Maintenance Support Care Pack for T930 from HP is a single event-based, short-term offering with preventive assistance carried out by a trained HP service specialist at the request of the customer for one printer per HP Care Pack. The service is offered during HP standard operating hours and exclude HP holidays. Additionally, the HP Preventive Maintenance Support will be valid for three months from the date of purchase.
This service includes functional verification of the printer, a printer self-test, a key panel function test, and a print test. Cleaning and maintenance are also included. Additionally, if necessary, the HP specialist will recommend replacement of parts and check the printer's firmware and inform you if updates are available.

- Clean the printer case parts with approved isopropyl alcohol
- Clean the paper path, including paper feed, roller, and fuser

- Check firmware and inform the customer if updates are available
