I forgot how slow USB 2.0 is, but these are economical, if you have to send someone a large set of files to transfer once, and aren’t planning to work off the drive, or if you’re using it for a low-demand task like word processing. I bought these mainly to send a large photo archive to family members, and they are perfect for that purpose.
Since most of my clients have stopped using cds, I need a supply of good inexpensive flash drives.
