Per Ubiquiti's datasheet for this product, the recommended power methods are the Unifi 50V/60W PoE adapter (not included; BH #UBPOE5060W), and the Unifi USW-24-POE and USW-Pro-24-POE switches.
You could use it with the switched you indicated as long as you also use the PoE adapter.

The 4 Ethernet ports on the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex 5-Port Managed Gigabit PoE Network Switch, B&H # UBUSWFLEX, can give you a PoE+ output as long as you power it with a PoE++ power adapter; if you use a PoE+ adapter, it will only offer standard PoE output. In short, it can offer both PoE and PoE+ output; which one you get will depend on what is used to power it.
