HARMAN technology Reusable 35mm Reviews

Good, Fun Cheap Reusable Camera

I bought this camera during a sale last year and didn't have high expectations. A reusable camera plus two rolls of film for under $40, that's unheard of! The camera is very light and feels VERY cheap, but took decent photos regardless. What didn't look so good was the film- the grain was significant and gave my shots an "old timey" look that I wasn't expecting. But eh- what do I expect from such a cheap purchase? This would make a good gift for a kid starting out with film photography.

I got this camera to go camping with a group of friends. There wasn't any cell service at the camp site, so I figured I'd try a camera- one use cameras seemed wasteful, and I wasn't looking for anything too expensive so this was the perfect fit for my needs. So easy to use and took the cutest pics of my friends and I on our trip- can't wait to use it again!!

The "LEATHER" is just a cheap sticker. Go for the ILFORD, is much better and costs the same. This one was a waste of money.

camera was new and sealed but the alkaline battery was pre-installed from the factory (bad idea) and leaking badly. unfortunately it was for my daughters school trip in a couple days so I had to clean it out and hope that the shutter continues to work.

As someone who's new to film cameras I wanted to buy something that's not disposables but didn't want to spend crazy amounts of money. This camera is perfect. I get to have pretty pictures while reusing the camera.

I know it's not waterproof but how does it do in the rain?
Asked by: Anonymous
You can snap 2 or 3 shots on light rain. I will not recommend using this camera constantly under heavy rain. If water reaches the electrical system of the camera it could permanently harm the camera. The manufacture pack this camera in a fitted disposable plastic bag. I will recommend maintaining the camera inside the bag and cutting the portion in front of the lens, the flash, and the viewfinder. It will serve as a disposable rain cover.

There aren't any significant difference between them, but the Sprite II has an f/9 aperture, while the Harman has an f/10 aperture.
