Unfortunately we do not sell the correct carrier sheets for the 940DW. The part number is CSA3401 and can be purchased directly from Brother.

As a follow up: Brother chat support stated it is compatible. After receiving several errors trying to use the carrier sheet I called Brother support, and they stated on the phone that it is *not* compatible. Given my experience, I would say it is not compatible and that their customer service chat support was misinformed.
