First off, this thing is rugged. It’s made from Pelican’s lighter HPX² polymer, so it’s noticeably easier to carry than older models or competitors with similar protection. Even though it's lighter, it still feels rock solid. The case seals tight, is watertight, and has a pressure valve, so I never worry about my stuff getting damaged from drops, dust, or rough weather.
