Cinestill D96 is a powder-based film developer that is well-suited for use with black and white motion picture stocks, as well as other traditional and tabular grain films. It provides a distinct S-curve contrast profile with forgiving highlight control for a unique cine-inspired look. This powder should be mixed to make 1L of stock solution, which can then be diluted 1:1 to make enough stock solution for processing approximately 16 rolls or 100' of 35mm film.

Can this be used for developing black and white paper prints?
While technically film developer can be used to develop prints, its concentration/strength is significantly weaker and you would get very different developing times, contrast, etc. Your mileage may vary. It's best to stick to the appropriate developer for best results.
