This Junior Multi Header from Kupo provides support to a maximum of five light fixtures at once. The 40" bar is finished in a non-reflective black coating and is able to accept three top-mounted and two underslung light fixtures at once, with a maximum load of 110 lb.
Hanging multiple lights within close proximity to one another is a common solution to a variety of lighting challenges, from throwing higher outputs of light towards a subject to achieving a significantly wider field of illumination. This presents another challenge however, as the bulk of multiple light stands adds up quickly. Kupo's Junior Multi Header saves time, hassle, and floor space when rigging several large fixtures at once. The Multi Header consists of a rigid 40" length of 1.6" square steel tubing which carries three 1-1/8" junior receivers on its top face and two additional junior receivers underneath.
The bar can balance 55 lb of gear on either side for a maximum load of 110 lb while also being able to handle fixtures up to 33 lb when used as an offset extension arm. When suspending lights from below, use the tethered safety pins to give that extra layer of safety. The Multi Header is mounted via a 1-1/8" junior spigot on the bottom of the bar which pairs well with heavy duty support platforms such as winch-operated light stands.
