Kupo Open-Frame Quarter Silk Reviews

My purchase arrived looking as it was a used product

Second review after weeks of waiting for a response from B&H to get a return label because my product originally arrived looking like it was used with a large circle in the middle of the screen, my email for the return label stated that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I truly believe that if you purchase an item and it arrived damaged or looking used, this product was shipped directly from the manufacturer Mac group. After waiting so long for my item and receiving this information I became upset and decided not to return it and waste my time going to the shipping location. And then having to wait another two or three weeks to receive a new product this is an item that can be used as long as it’s not completely torn however, it is nice to purchase new things and be the first one to use them. The item I purchased and arrived. It looks like it has a large burn mark from a light or probably even dirty from something that was round and placed on that for a while. After paying the amount I paid I truly believe that I should’ve received a brand new item while packaged and received a shipping label with free shipping back to the manufacture I really don’t have time to be wasting contacting B&H or whoever else needs to be contacted for this issue. I think I’ve already done enough by reaching out to customer service and customer service was clearly informed of what happened in customer service should take in consideration what I explained to them and they should’ve been a follow up to return the product with free shipping B&H needs to get with the program. And their supervisors need to start looking into these matters because customers to get upset even if you’re the number one store in the world, thank you you and I hope someone looks into this matter.
