Do actual V mount batteries fit or just the little included V / triangle?
We bought something similar from them and no V mount battery fit at all!
The device is designed to take the V-mount batteries and should work. You may have received something that had a faulty defect on your previous purchase, but for the most part, we have not had other reported issues with this product.
