The cheese-style plate on the back provides numerous 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and M3 mounting threads and a removable 15mm LWS standard rod clamp to utilize a variety of mounting options. The rod clamp can be mounted in different configurations to fit your rig type.
The battery plate features multiple power outputs to power additional devices, including one 14.8 VDC D-Tap, one 12 VDC barrel, one 7.2 VDC barrel, and a 5 VDC USB Type-A output to power smaller devices such as smartphones. The included cable set features three DC barrel cables and an LP-E6 dummy battery extension to accommodate numerous device types. Four screws are included for mounting the battery plate and 15mm rod clamp onto the cheese plate.

The cheese plate is really solid, the only down side for me is I wish the holes would match up to mount the rod bracket in the front or back end of the cheese plate for horizontal mount configuration. It will mount horizontally but can only mount the bracket towards the middle of the cheese plate which means I need longer rods to reach the bracket. If you use it in the vertical mount position it is perfect for that. I love the battery mount and that it has the D tap, 12v and 7.5v power ports. Overall this is a very good battery mount. I use it to power my bmpcc 6k pro.
