Nice little clamp - very versatile configuration. I use it to clamp my portable sound recorder to a mic stand at the concerts. Heavy-duty and sturdy. The large rubberized contact surface allows no slip grip. The articulated adapter joint allows you to move the connected device wherever you need it. Cannot beat the price!
