Treat your on-stage or in-studio instrument to the Palmer PAN 02 PRO, an active DI box with an array of features. For instance, in addition to the 1/4" input, you'll also note the unbalanced XLR input. A three-way attenuator is on hand, so you can pad the signal at -10, -20 or -30 dB. Furthermore, you can add 12 dB of gain if needed.
A ground-lift switch provides an additional position that provides something between soft and hard grounding—a position which is often the most optimal when connecting the soundcard of a computer to a DI.
The output utilizes a high-quality transformer for galvanic isolation, which helps mitigate any extraneous, unmusical noise. The PAN 02 Pro can be powered either with a 9V battery, or 48V phantom power from the board.

Palmer PAN02PRO Overview
I/O Possibilities
With the additional XLR input, unbalanced XLR inputs can thus be converted into balanced outputs. If the signal is to be simultaneously connected to a different amplifier, use the "Link" jack as a parallel connector for looping the signal.
Powering Options
the PAN 02 can be powered by a 9V battery as well as through the existing 48V phantom power available in many mixing consoles.
