Other answers are foolishness. The WS11 fits perfectly on my NT5's, nice tight fit, also fits perfect on my AT Pro 24-CM mic.

Does this fit over the regular foam windscreen included with the mic or is made with the foam integrated with the furry similar to the rode videomicro's? Thanks!
The WS11 is intended to replace the much less effective foam wind screen of a microphone. It fits tightly over both my NT5's and my AT Pro-24-CM mics.

The WS11 windshield is specifically designed to fit the Rode VideoMic NTG which has a 21.6mm diameter and is 171mm long. The Sony ECM-XM1 has a 21mm diameter and is 162mm long. It is possible that the WS11 may fit the ECM-XM1, but we have not tested it with the Sony mic to be able to confirm that it will fit correctly. Rycote makes the Rode windshields and they list the Rycote Mini Windjammer Special 105 (B&H # RYMWS105) and the Rycote Standard Hole Softie Windscreen with 19-22mm (0.74-0.87") Hole Size (B&H # RYS10M) as the compatible models to use with the ECM-XM1. As another compatible option, you can use the Auray WSR-2012 Stuffed Rabbit Windscreen for Shotgun Microphones - 12 cm (B&H # AUWSR201).
