Sony advises that while some V60 cards (such as this) may be sufficient to record in full 8K resolution, V90 cards are a surer choice because they are more trustworthy with respect to performing to the minimum specifications for high bitrate continuous video recording. Even the same make and model of memory card can vary from card to card, so V90 is a better bet. That depends on what resolution you intend to record. These V60 cards should work for HD (1080p) recording but if you intend to record in 4K (2160p) we recommend the V90 cards instead.

Will this card fit directly into the SD card slot in a MacBook Pro 16 inch or will it need an adaptor. What kind of read and write speeds does it get with the MacBook Pro M1 16 inch? What was the benchmark program used to compute those read and write speeds?
Angelbird's representative is literally lying. I have had 3 out of 4 of the Angelbird cards fail while using them with this exact MacBook, and Sony cameras. Their official representative literally told me that I should not use them in the built in SD card reader, as an attempt to shift blame, and not have to send me a replacement. Their own words contradict their answer here.
