Decode and distribute high-resolution, low-latency video from a mobile location such as a production van or remote facility within the LiveU Central cloud platform environment with the LU2000 Single HD Output Decoder Server. This 1 RU rackmount server provides HEVC/H.264 decoding via wired Ethernet and video distribution via one SDI output.
The LU2000 supports output and retransmission of HD video via RTMP, MPEG-TS, LiveU Matrix, and NDI. The decoder works within the LiveU Central cloud and can collaborate with LiveU technology such as LU800 series units, and it can be upgraded with dual or quad SDI output options.
Multi-Camera Production
The LU2000 is a 1 RU rackmount decoding server with HD video quality. Receive, decode, playout, stream, and distribute any HEVC/H.264 4K or multi-camera video feeds.
Part of Your Workflow
The LU2000 is an essential part of your live video workflow, acting as your in-studio source for remote live feeds coming from any LiveU field unit or from the Matrix cloud video distribution platform.
Multi-Purpose Decoder
The LU2000 can output a single HD transmission from a field unit to a single SDI output, and with an optional upgrade to dual or quad outputs, it can support up to four full HD independent transmissions from different field units (over 4 x 3G/HD/SD-SDI). With upgraded output options, it can also support multi-camera production, receiving up to four fully synced feeds from a single LU800 unit.
Any Output Type
The LU2000 can receive multiple preview feeds, allowing the remote operator to select the feed/s played out for local consumption. Built for maximum workflow flexibility, the LU2000 offers multiple output options including SDI, NDI, RTMP, MPEG-TS, and SRT.
Intuitive Cloud-Based Management
The LU2000 enables operators to monitor, control, and manage live streams via LiveU Central, the unified cloud-based management platform for LiveU's field and studio units.
LiveU Matrix Enabled
The LU2000 is Matrix enabled, allowing you to seamlessly share your live feeds with multiple internal and cross-organizational end-points, using cost-effective and reliable IP-based distribution over the public Internet.
