OP/TECH USA 1301022 Reviews
Unsuitable for X2d 100c
First off, i have been using OP/TECH stuff exclusively for around 15 years and find them to be comfortable, secure, and well constructed. An I should point out that I disliked the traditional strap lugs on my Hasselblad 5xx series cameras and don't like them any better on the X2D 100c. Having said that, if that's what they supply then that's what I have to live with, but the OP/TECH solution is significantly less useful than the OEM Hasselblad supplied clips. The OP/TECH clips are an ever so slightly thinner material compared to the OEM clips, and therefore have more side to side wobble than the originals. Additionally, the plastic wedge like device which prevents inadvertent opening of the clip is an outstanding idea and performs its function correctly. The issue is that it adds just enough thickness to the assembly that it rubs on the body finish and will eventually rub through the paint or deface the grip material. My solution was to use the OP/TECH strap which end in a loop and attach it to the OEM connectors. I find this an effective resolution.
Works for older Hasselblad type strap lugs
Yes, it's difficult adjust. I adjusted mine so the buckles rest against the plastic locks at the bottom of each metal clip. - For the price that B&H charges, the Super Pro A connectors are inexpensive.
