Is not clear if this mixer works with any turntable RCA connected?
Yes, the Reloop RMX-10 BT 2-Channel Bluetooth DJ Mixer will work with any turntable that has RCA outputs. The RMX-10 inputs are phono, so you will want to make sure the phono preamp on your turntable is turned off, if it has one.

Is not clear if this mixer has also a Bluetooth output. I want to connect the mixer's main output to my Bluetooth monitors via Bluetooth without cables. Is that possible? Or this mixer has only Bluetooth input?
The Reloop RMX-10 BT 2-Channel Bluetooth DJ Mixer has a built-in Bluetooth receiver intended for sending audio to the mixer from Bluetooth-enabled devices like smartphones, tablets, or computers. It does not have a Bluetooth transmitter to send audio out of the mixer wirelessly via Bluetooth, but you could try using a separate device such as the Aluratek ABCD54F Switchable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and Receiver (B&H # ALABCD54F) which will transmit audio to two Bluetooth-enabled devices simultaneously up to 100 feet away.
