The Dot Line DL-0328 Dual Axis Macro Focusing Rail has geared knobs that allow you to move each rail in small incremental movements for precise positioning, which is ideal for 1:1 macro photography. Each rail is configured in an X and Y axis for side-to-side positioning and back-and-forth movement for focusing. Drag on the rails can be adjusted with the tension control knob, and each rail can be locked to prevent unwanted movement while shooting. A camera mounts via its 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount, and the positioning is repeatable with its easy-to-view scale marking on each rail.
