For example, a ZV-E10 with a 10-18mm f/4 OSS can use this Conversion Lens when paired with an adapter like the General Brand 40.5-37mm Step-Down Ring #GBSDR40.537. Other lenses would use adapter rings of a corresponding size.

Unfortunately no. The Raynox HD-3035PRO Semi-Fisheye Conversion Lens with One Adapter Ring (0.3x, 37mm) will have a 37mm threading and the Sony DCR-TRV14E has 30mm filter threading. For attachment you will need a 30mm to 37mm step-up ring and the Sensei 30-37mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring (B&H # SESUR3037 MFR # SUR-3037) will work.
