IndiPRO's 2.1mm to Sony NP-FZ100 Dummy Battery Cable allows you to power select Sony Alpha series cameras from power sources with a 2.1mm DC input. The cable is unregulated, so the output of the power source has to be within the range of 7.2 to 8V. Compatible cameras include the a9, a9 II, a7R III, a7R IV, a7 III, and a6600, all of which use an NP-FZ100 battery. The cable measures 20" long.

Is a7R IV really supported? It doesn't have a hole in the battery compartment lid
while the dummy battery is the appropriate fit for those cameras, the battery covers are not designed to use a dummy battery so there will be issue using this battery in the models you mentioned
