I feel like this is such a simple thing and so getting 5 stars wouldn't have been that hard. Works great, keeps the plate in place on Arri and Sony cameras (with Arri Brackets and Handles). Exactly what I needed it to do!

The Kondor Blue ARRI-Style Anti Twist Spacer Plate for Mini Quick Release Plate does not include screws. However, the Kondor Blue Kondor Blue Mini Quick Release Plate which the spacer attaches to includes both 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screws. Kondor Blue Mini Quick Release Plate BH #KOQRFBM
