Dell MDS19 Reviews
The BEST Dual-Monitor Stand...IF You Have 27", Or Smaller, Displays
When I Upgraded To A Motorized Standing Desk 8 Months Ago, I Purchased A Dual-monitor Stand That Had A Single Desktop Mount, But Utilized Individual Arms For Each Monitor. If You Want Your Monitors At Different Heights, It's Fantastic...but, For The Vast Majority Of Dual-monitor Users, We Want (actually, NEED) Our Monitors Side-by-side, In The Same Orientation, Perfectly Aligned With Each Other. Unfortunately, With That Stand, Doing So Was Near Impossible. Enter The Dell MDS19. I'll Admit, Initially, I Was Worried It Couldn't Be Used With My Particular Displays, And That's Because B&H (and A Few Other Sites) Provides Incorrect Information Related To The Weight-handling Capacity. It Appears That B&H (again, And Others) Took The 13 .2lbs Listed By Dell, And (incorrectly) Assumed That Meant The 'total' Capacity, Thus They Divided It To The 6 .6lb "per Monitor" Capacity They've Listed. As It Turns Out, The 13 .2lb Capacity Mentioned By Dell Is Actually PER MONITOR. Because Of This Incorrect Assumption On B&H's Part, I Originally Ordered A Different (and Far More Expensive Dual-monitor Stand). However, Once I Obtained The Correct Weight Limitation Information, I Immediately Canceled The Order For The Other Stand, And Ordered This One...and, I Couldn't Be Happier. This Is The "perfect" Dual-monitor Stand...and, Best Of All, It Makes Aligning The Two Displays Perfectly Side-by-side As Simple As Can Be. If I Had Any Other Desks Needing A Dual-monitor Stand, And Those Monitors Were 27", Or Smaller, This IS The Dual-monitor Stand I Would Order Again. If You're Looking For An Excellent Dual-monitor Stand, Have Displays No Larger Than 27", And Each Display Weights No More Than 13 .2lbs, I Would Definitely Recommend This Stand.
This is the simplest and the best Dual Monitor Stand.
This is the simplest and the best Dual Monitor Stand. Very easy to put together. Monitors align very well and good cable control.
