Quickly scan and print using your mobile devices with this Synappx Go 3-Year 10-User Subscription for Sharp MFPs. Synappx Go can be downloaded for iOS and Android so you can scan, print, and transmit documents quickly via NFC and the internet.
To use Synappx Go, you just need the mobile application, an NFC tag per source and target device, and a login with Microsoft Office 365 using Azure Active Directory (AD). When you run the application and tap your phone, you can easily scan a document from an NFC-enabled Sharp display and then forward it on an email list or storage drive, or you can walk up to a Sharp NFC-enabled multifunction printer and release the print job on that printer. You can also have impromptu meetings by displaying content from your phone onto a supported NFC display by just tapping your phone onto the display.
This subscription provides a three-year subscription for 10 users, which auto-renews in three-year increments and can be managed through the Office 365 using Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Each Synappx Go device (displays and multifunction printers) requires the separate purchase of an NFC tag.
