the cable comes out and straight down from the power port on the c200- and has a protruding end that hits the ground. It should come straight out or up from the power port, not straight down. Avoid this for C200- might work better on c300ii or if you are using a big rig. But when setting the camera on the ground, the cable rests on the ground awkwardly.

can this be used to power the zhiyun crane 3s pro power pack?

This cable is used to power your Canon Cinema Cameras (c200 or C300 mk II) from the Zhiyun Crane Power pack. It can not be used to recharge the Pro Power pack. It is best to purchase additional 18650 batteries (the batteries inside the power pack) and swap them out as necessary.
