Iâve had one of these before, so I can corroborate the math Iâve used is approx. correct:
By taking any 3.5 pin in your home (headphone set, for example, which is what I did here) expand or reduce the picture on your computer screen until the picture of the 3.5 pin on the screen matches in size with the one you are holding. Using this method, the unraveled length of the above item is approx. 3 to 3.5 inches, and by measuring the circumference of the coil, which I did and got .6 inches, and then multiplying by 25 ( the number of coils in the product pictured above) I calculated an approx. unraveled length of 15 inches.
