This allows one to have much more control over the quality of light from both the Forza 300 & 500 lights. In conjunction with the barn doors, this allows for genuine control of where the light is hitting and how soft or hard the quality of the light is. A great addition for making creative choices on any shoot, still or video.

I’m interested in using this on an Einstein E640 via a mount adapter. Is the fresnel housing / mount metal or plastic? Will it withstand heat from a 250w quartz modeling lamp?
The housing is made of plastic and the manufacturer only recommends it be used with LED lamp heads.
